The Role & Responsibilities
Design, develop and test from supplied requirements using agreed standards and tools
Develop SharePoint site templates and custom web parts for both on-premise and online SharePoint solutions
Set up and configure new sites for all versions of SharePoint covering SharePoint 2013 and above
Implement workflow solutions using SharePoint Designer and Microsoft Flow
Take ownership of end-to-end delivery of SharePoint solutions and enhancements
Maintain responsibility for the development life cycle including gathering of requirements, written specifications, delivery, documentation and training
Migrate SharePoint environments into Office 365
Monitor the market to gain knowledge and understanding of emerging technologies
Provide 2nd and 3rd Line incident resolution solutions and bug fixes in line with agreed SLAs
Maintain and enhance existing developed SharePoint solutions and sites for both customers and Wanstor
About You - Key Skills
Familiarity with SharePoint Online
Development and configuration of SharePoint Web Parts
Experience with migrating SharePoint environments
Solid understanding of out-of-the-box SharePoint features
Excellent SharePoint customisation knowledge
Hands-on SharePoint development experience using the browser and SharePoint Designer
Knowledge of Designer Workflows, Custom Master Pages and Data View Web Parts
Knowledge of the administration, configuration and customisation of SharePoint
SQL Database management and security
Good Front End skills including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSOM and XSLT
Strong communication skills ensuring discussion and documentation of business solutions with customers
Proven Project Management skills with the ability to deliver to specifications in an agreed time frame
