Ihre Aufgaben:
- Maintain, administrate and troubleshoot the IT server-related hardware/software infrastructure such as SAN, Blade centre, Tape library etc.
- Maintain infrastructure hosting environment according to operational procedures and maintenance plans including compliancy regulations
- Responsible for the availability of local infrastructure and for the backup of all systems
- Perform operational monitoring of server-related environments
- Maintain local server based assets and anticipate replacements
- Provide 2nd line help desk support as defined in service level agreements
- Responsible for the implementation of local disaster recovery procedures
- Reports activity on a weekly and/or monthly basis
- Travelling between locations may be required
Ihre Qualifikation
- MCSA-trajectory (Microsoft Certified System Administrator)
- VMware vSphere / ESX environments
- HP Blades, Proliant server and HP SAN/Tape library hardware
- Symantec backup-software
- Windows patch-management
- Microsoft AD, DNS, WINS
- Experience with Windows 7
- Lotus Notes, Domino server
- ITIL certification (ITSM)
- English and German or Swiss German
