Ihre Aufgaben:
- Research CRO capabilities utilizing in-house and external resources
- Identifies a pool of candidate CROs for project consideration
- Defines the work specifications and prepares requests for proposal
- Manages the competitive bidding process
- Select the optimal CRO based upon quality, cost and time factors
- Negotiates contract terms, pricing and payment schedule
Ihre Qualifikation
- Sound experience in running international clinical trials
- Familiarity with the CRO market
- Understanding of contracts (including basic legal understanding of terms and conditions)
- Strong oral and written communications skills
- Strong analystical skills
