IT PMO - Nuremberg - German Speaking - 12 months +
We are currently looking for a PMO support representative for an IT customer project in Nuremberg - Germany. They will be part of a project team that plans and implements the construction and relocation of a larger IT environment to a new logistics location of the customer.
Your area of responsibility:
You support the IT project team in various areas, such as monitoring of submission sanding or delivery times of individual task according to the project plan.
Project plan adaptation according to specifications
Contact for various service providers within the scope of the project
Participation in project meeting, taking over the documentation of the meetings
Takeover of various task/subprojects within the framework of the overall project
Review/acceptance of completed project task
What you bring with you:
A successfully completed training in the field of information technology or a comparable training with professional experience distinguishes you. Initial experience in the areas of project management and process planning is an advantage. In addition to a high IT and technical affinity, you also bring a high level of communication and (self-)organizational ability that round off your overall profile. MS Project and project plans created from it are not a problem for you. MS Excel you operate securely and analyze complex data. You are very safe in handling the various Microsoft Office products. You are fluent in German in word and writing - you are stress-resistant and can move between a workplace in the office and on a construction site without any problems. At least a class B driving licence is required.
