Infor LN Solution Architect (Mfg Exp must)/Project Manager for a project in Munich
- Well versed with Warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, transportation modules etc;
- Solutions Design experience involving LN version 10.4 and above.
- Excellent Stakeholder management and team management.
- Worked on development, customization, migration of Infor LN ERP Version, 9/10.
- Strong experience on automation and reporting.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skill.
- Should have multiple-implementation experience of Infor LN ERP.
- Should be able to liaison between client and implementation partner and other stakeholders in the organization.
- Experience with Infor deployment methodology is a plus.
- Migration experience from Legacy system to Infor LN is an added advantage.
- Services Delivery
- Active participation in the implementation life cycle such as Kickoff, development of the solution blueprint (as-is and future state)
- Active participation with Industry Leadership and Project Manager in planning, organizing and validating adherence to the Solution Blueprint.
- Develop a deep understanding of LN capabilities and Infor product suite.
- Collaborate with Senior Technical Consultant to ensure the functional specifications have been met.
- Industry Implementation Accelerators (IA)
- Create/change and implement Industry Implementation Accelerators (IA).
- Synchronize content across multiple accelerators for predefined content for the [General Distribution] industry.
- Work with Infor Competency Centers and Sale groups to train on Implementation Accelerators.
- Work with Competency Centers on Industry knowledge transfer.

Principal Accountability
- Lead the Solutioning and architectural portion in an implementation
- Liase with Global Process Owner and get the buy in for the solutions
- Liase with client Super user organization
- Acts as principle interface between Implementation team and Client organization in terms of Solution Roadmap.
- Gains insight into customer needs
- Identifies opportunities that benefit the customer
- Builds and delivers solutions that meet customer expectations
- Establishes and maintains effective customer relationships
- Conduct Workshops/trainings etc.
