Keil Business Solutions GmbH is an innovative Google Reseller and IT Service Provider.
We are looking for a:
Senior Consultant SAP WM with experience in EWM
The project is an ongoing SAP template design project with S/4HANA.
The customer currently uses SAP WM and warehouses managed by a third party solution (e.g. Relag), that is interfaced to SAP. Regarding resource management there is a (new) requirement to control automated guided vehicles. The customer uses today for mobile processing self-developed applications based on Mobisys MSB. FIORI may be an alternative for the template.
The team for EWM is planned to cover the following core processes: EWM overall overview and internal processes, EWM inbound processes, EWM outbound processes, staging process and material flow control. Main focus of the activities for this request is the EWM design with the other consultants. Additionally the internal logistic processes are in scope for this role and specifically the EWM material flow.
Tasks:
• Map business requirements to S/4 standard functionality (SAP best practices) following an to-be approach proposing functionality and processes
• Identify gaps and propose solutions towards SAP S/4 standard
• Participate in scrum meetings and refine the requirements to be delivered in 4 week sprints
• Work together with the development team and migration team
• Build the template
• Document, test and show the results at the end of the Sprints
Skills:
• Proven experience in international template build and rollout project. Relevant project experience in SAP WM > 5 years (including experience in EWM)
• Technical core competencies within SAP EWM, mobile solutions/RF and integration into internal logistics/production. Know how in EWM with S/4HANA version 1809. Strong conceptional know how to identify end-to-end integrated EWM processes.
• Able to translate business requirements into SAP language
• Latest SAP Hana knowhow (1809), good overview on latest status of SAP Hana Simplification list, Fiori apps and possible impacts on the project scope
• Good communication and people interaction skills
• Experience in workshop execution and in shared problem solution finding together with the teams.
• Strives for pragmatic EWM related solutions and sound understanding in problem re-solution finding techniques. Ability to see the whole (understands when to proactively interact with other teams/ Integration Team).
• Experience in Discrete Manufacturing industry.
Secondary Skills:
• Strong integration know how within SAP and experience with mobile devices and traceability approaches in conjunction with MM
• Knowledge about agile value and principles, working experience in an scaled agile environment
• . Basic process modelling knowledge (preferably in ARIS) as the customer´s process world modelled in ARIS is the basis for the template design and build.
• Basic Atlassian Jira and Confluence experience highly welcome.
