Explanation of processes and tools, best practice sharing with users
Identification of training gaps and conduction of trainings for end-users
Monitoring of background activities (e.g. CIF interface, regular conversion jobs from APO SNP to PP/DS and daily heuristics runs)
Master data checks and corrections for planning-related R/3 master data and APO master data
Regression tests of quarterly business release
Monitoring and reporting activities (e.g. KPI analysis, documentation, visualization)
Customer Experience preffered
German/Englisch fluent (French nice to have)
Skill-Level: Junior or Consultant (NO Senior Level)
