Our client is currently looking for a BCS / Etebac Supporter (m/f) for a project in Frankfurt am Main (Germany).Task Description
- Electronic Banking advanced support and migration projects in German and French speaking markets
Skills
- Proficient in French and German language (verbally and in writing), very good communication skills in English language
- Familiar with German Banking Communication Standard (BCS) and related systems like MultiCash
- Familiar with French Etebac standard
- Previous experience with EBICS communication channel
- Understanding of German and French SEPA and domestic ACH payment and cash management workflows and associated file formats
- Previous experience with customer facing support roles
Required Languages
Fluent French and German, very good English language skills
