Responsibilities

Analyse defect reports from customer
Delegate defects to the development team, or fix defects directly
Track progress of defect handling
Lead the development team
Handle the communication towards internal and external stakeholders
Manage feature requests, including Concept, Architecture, Design and Implementation of new features
Planning and coordinate test execution
Track progress of verification activities
Lead the testing team
Handle the communication towards internal and external stakeholders

Demonstrated Experience

3 - 6 years of experience in SW development for embedded systems
3 - 6 years of experience in SW verification
3 Years of experience with UI frameworks
Experienced with Python
Able to work independently, support other team members
Knowledge of testing principles, especially software testing.
Ability to analyze and summarize complex technical topics
Strong team leading skills
Basic test laboratory administration know-how.
German and English language skills are required
