We are looking for an Operation and Project Management Supporter in the area of Basel:The Client Project is a global initiative which will upgrade the computing environment and will include the delivery of all new software
and tools: Our aim is to enhance the employee’s personal productivity, improve team collaboration worldwide, and create an integrated workspace. This initiative is being driven out of the global desktop services team, who is in charge of operating the entire desktop, laptop and virtual PC environments including image creation and operation, software packaging, software distribution, software license management as well as all back end operations and others
As one of our valued preferred suppliers we would appreciate your assistance in obtaining the following resource for the team immediately.
Operation and project management support working with the overall service owner
- Support service owner in daily planning
- Identifying dependencies
- Update plans and dashboards
- Verify cost allocations
- Facilitate planning of meetings
- Prepare project and operation reporting
- Support direct reports in the above activities
Skills:
- Fluent English is a must
- strong MS Office skills
- Good communications skills
- Experience in program and operations support would help
- Technical background an advantage
- Internal process & organization knowhow welcome
