Für unseren Kunden suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt Unterstützung durch einen Cable Way Designer (w/m/d) im Bereich Schiffbau. Dazu gehören folgende Aufgaben:

Design of the ship’s cable tray network, considering the respective technical specification, the rules of the classification society, etc.
To ensure building schedule and calculated costs
Support on preparing a building specification for the cable tray design
Defining the cable’s route according to ship-building rules (redundancy, DP, etc.)
Recurring support on definition of cable type (EMC category, limitation of cable length)
Clarification of interfaces with site management, internal & external third-party suppliers
Detailed technical clarification together with yard and coordination designer, in particular with respect to cable length optimization
Data input and maintenance into the cable management tool
