Kontext :
We need a manager to support and enrich our client's in-place project team in the international implementation of Field Service Lightning / Sales Force.
Ziel :
- Ensure a seamless and locally adapted software integration
- Liaise with international team members (project, IT, payroll) to build interfaces with existing systems and guide the requirement management
- Being able to set up a detailed payroll mapping for the new interfaces
- Build, realize and control the results of test cases, report bugs and improvements
- Create business process designs as well as function and configuration designs for the corresponding IT solutions
- Analyze Payroll and Administration (P&A) processes: analyze, design and document HR business processes; primarily in SAP Payroll & Time Management
- Organization and moderation of meetings for coordination and decision-making
- Design scenarios aiming at securing the creation of payroll and administration duties ensuring quality and containing costs
