Master Data Management (MDM) Lead:
Leads horizontal MDM team to serve the vertical process teams (O2C, P2P, F2S, R2R) such as master data harmonization rules, cleansing and mapping guidelines for migration, master data maintenance and governance rules.
Drives the team daily interaction and synchronization. f2f communication.
Interacts with product owner/product owner team on deviations from standard and needed actions. Strives for pragmatic solutions.
Interacts with Scrum Master on team process issues and impediments.
Interacts with Salesforce Teamlead and Legacy System Team Lead.
Interacts with horizontal team lead streams, especially Migration Management, Cut-over Management, Test-Management.
Interacts with Technical Architect related to tools and development needs.
Interacts with vertical process stream leads (O2C, P2P, F2S, R2R) on MDM topics during the sprint execution.
Aligns and interacts with Program Management and PMO.
Works closely with the Atos Solution Architect, customer product owner/product owner team to define overall sprint goals and MDM related content to be discussed and agreed on with cross-functional teams and derived technical platform issues. Strives for pragmatic trade-off's in case of prioritization conflict. Drives the technical integration and build-in integrity.
Collaborates with team members on detailed MDM related specifications work, implementation and testing work and provides direction where needed. Aligns with scum masters on team impediment resolution. Collaborates with product owner/product owner team on technical platform specific clarification needs during design, build and test within the sprints.
MDM Lead is MDM representative within the Integration team that is responsible to interact with cross-functional teams on sprint related integration topics. Collaborates with Program Management on team staffing issues, team performance and progress monitoring. Interacts with PMO on program standards.consult initial product backlog together with the Solution Architect, product owner/product owner team and collaborates closely on technical related content throughout the project. Actively consult the ongoing technical content related product backlog refinement process with the product owner/product owner team. Leads collaboratively technical platform related regular sprint planning content preparation and sprint review preparation and execution.
Language: English required plus preferably German
Primary: Proven experience in international template build and rollout project.
Latest SAP Hana knowhow (1809).
Profound data harmonization experience and knowledge in SAP master data structures.
Profound experience in data migration and data migration tools.
Profound experience in settings up a global data maintenance and governance landscape with related processes and rules.
Knowhow in MDM, MDG.
Good communication and people interaction skills (ability to communicate in German is a big plus, but not a must). Experience in workshop execution and in shared problem solution finding together with the teams.
Strives for pragmatic MDM related solutions and sound understanding in problem re-solution finding techniques. Ability to see the whole (understands when to proactively interact with other teams/Integration Team).
Team Leadership experience with teams up to 12 people.
Secondary: Experience in agile practices, Knowledge about agile value and principles, working experience in an scaled agile environment. Solution Manager integration knowledge with SAP Activate method is a big plus. Basic Atlassian Jira and Confluence experience highly welcome.
