Main tasks:
- Revision of the existing software license management process (E2E)
- Consolidation of all relevant data relating to license management, such as software products, installations, proof of entitlements, license models etc.
- Creation of policies and procedures in order to manage software licenses properly and according to the regulatory requirements
- Controlling, amending and developing the license management process
- Consulting on license topics in general
- Creating a requirements document for a new Software License Management tool
- Supporting the SLM Support team in their daily tasks
Main qualifications
- Knowledge of license management
- Knowledge of license metrics, models and their adaptation
- Knowledge of IT Asset and Change Management
- Knowledge in the area of IT Infrastructure, Applications, Architecture and Standards
- Ideally you are familiar with the license management tool Smarttrack from Aspera or an equivalent tool
- Experiences in IT contract management
- Very good English and German skills
- Very good communicational skills
- Process and result focused thinking
