For one of our clients in the Banking environment, we are looking for:Functional Analyst (m/w/d)
Professional should possess comprehensive knowledge in the field of the Customer' business functions and applications.
A functional analyst is capable of
1. conducting business process analysis
2. identifying gaps in business requirements to IT-Implementation of standard S/W and customer specific custom applications
3. analysing and detailing functional requirements, procedures
4. analysing problems and corresponding remedies in order to improve existing systems.
5. performing cost-benefit analysis
6. writing descriptions of user needs and acceptance concepts, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify systems
- 3-6 years of experience in practicing the relevant skills.
- Possesses sound industry knowledge. Able to document and elaborate as-is solutions as well as business & functional requirements with medium to high complexity. Write use cases / user stories, designs document, acceptance test cases. Able to perform gap and cost-benefit analysis of business requirement to existing implementation.
Technological environments / Capabilities in scope
Architecture: Enterprise Architectures, mainframe, open, storage;
Mainframe: operating system, database, middleware, storage, network & security;
Open: operating system (Microsoft / Linux), database (SQL Server, Oracle, others), middleware (Websphere, Tomcat, others), storage (NAS / SAN);
Network & Security: datacenter network, firewall, active directory / LDAP;
IT Governance tools: Service Now (+ CMDB), monitoring/event tools, Splunk, Dynatrace, other real time monitoring tools;
Cloud: public, private, hybrid, multi cloud, IAAS / PAAS / Others.
Location: Munich
Start: January 2020
- Fluent English speaking (German-speaking is a “nice to have”),
- availability to travel & stay in Germany (at least 3-6 months with 4 days/week on-site)
