I have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated 2nd line IT Support Engineer to join an established market leading IT solutions organisation, it is also a fun vibrant place to work. They are looking for an individual who not only has the technical aspects but also comes across well and is keen to progress themselves. This is a significant role for a 2st line helpdesk engineer who is looking to step in to a team lead role.
