Java Developer (Spring) - 12 - 18 Months - Munich, Germany - Immediate Start

Your job:
- Full responsibility to develop your team
- Overview of the entire project development, identifying and solving problems
- Involved in the hiring process, assessment of employees performances
- Develop the technical expertise of all team members on an ongoing basis
- Working with other Back End and Front End departments, sharing knowledge between different projects
- Develop ideas for technical and structural improvements and innovations in your area
Your profile:
- At least 7 years of professional experience in software development - Java and Spring
- A completed university degree in computer science or a similar qualification
- Several years' experience as a senior developer
- Leadership experience is a bonus
- Knowledge of software architecture
- Structured working approach, entrepreneurial mind-set, team player
- Very good knowledge English, both spoken and written, German knowledge is a bonus.
