Aufgaben• Install and maintain the Cisco’s suite of Unified Comms products
Anforderungen
• Strong experience in integration of Cisco Call Manager 7.X
• Strong experience in integration of Cisco Unity Connection 7.X
• Experience with presence products e.g. CUCIMOC
• Experience in implementation of Cisco mobility products
• Experience in integration of Cisco Call Manager with legacy PBX
• Knowledge and experience of the use of VoIP, specifically SIP, H323, SCCP, JTAPI & RTP
• Knowledge of network and firewall
• Knowledge of Microsoft exchange, LDAP
• Excellent English both written and spoken
• Industry certification, CCIE Switch and Routing (mandatory) and CCIE Voice (a plus to have) or
CCVP qualification
• First Degree (i.e BA, BSc, BEng)
• Willingness to travel a lot
