Responsibilities:
Overseeing the marketing department
Developing the marketing strategy and driving traffic to the company
Setting up and implementing successful, data-driven marketing campaigns and programs (including inbound and outbound activities)
Monitoring and ensuring the quality of the content (website, blog, email, social channels, etc.)
Building and fostering strategic relationships and partnerships
Monitoring, measuring and analyzing the performance of marketing and advertising campaigns and drawing conclusions for future initiatives
Preparing and managing the marketing budget
Managing and coaching the marketing team members
Following new trends and developments and implementing them
Requirements:
Proven work experience in the marketing field (remote work experience will be a plus)
Proficiency in English
Good knowledge of marketing automation and building marketing funnels
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and analytical skills
Excellent leadership, problem-solving and project management skills
Good knowledge of SEO and web analytics tools
Strong ability to work with cross-functional teams on the development and execution of marketing programs
Self-directed, organized and efficient with the ability to work under pressure
Curious and happy to learn new things
