My client is an industry leader in the semiconductor industry searching for a test engineer with a background with Advantest products. This is a 12 month project starting ASAP and is open to English speakers.
Your tasks:
- Responsibility for test program development & maintenance on Advantest 93K PS1600 for new BL IDA Radar ICs
- Be responsible for reaching of test engineering related milestones
- Be involved in digital & analog test pattern creation and simulation process and generation of tester dependent test-vectors
- Analyze the test data and report results into the IC design teams
- Be responsible for introduction and release of the mass-production related soft- and hardware
Education and Requirements:
- Must-have: Experience with Advantest/Digital, Analog, Mixed-Signal testing
- Deep knowledge and experience in C/C++, MS Office, Windows, Linux
- Master or comparable Degree in Electrical Engineering/Communications Engineering
- Basic Knowledge & experience in mmWave technology during study and bachelor/master thesis
