Frontend-Architect / Coach (m/f/d) with JS, Angular & ReactFor one of our end customers in Munich we are looking for a Frontend-Architect / Coach (m/f/d) with JS, Angular & React on a freelance basis.
Aufgabenbeschreibung:
- Coach the crossfunctional Frontend-Teams
- Knowledge transfer
- Work together with the Domain Architect and the development teams to identify the best architectural approach for enabling the clients autonomous teams to work independently on different parts of the clients shop, using a structured and aligned project organization
- Assess the current state of the clients applications and propose a strategy for modernizing our technical stack
- Help the teams and product owners to create a technical roadmap to implement the required changes
- Drive the frontend migration and support teams with implementing the proposed solutions
- Mentor the frontend engineers by demonstrating best practices and pointing out pitfalls
- Fluent English skills, German would be a plus
- Several years of experience (5-6 years +) working as a frontend engineer, ideally in e-commerce environment
- Several years of experience with Angular & React
- Expertise and a proven track record of delivering responsive, interactive and accessible websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and the latest tools and development frameworks (Angular, React, Vue, NodeJS, Gulp, Grunt, Sass, Less etc.)
- Strong communication skills and interest in knowledge transfer, ability to find compromises and incorporate different perspectives into the best possible and practicable solution
- A strong understanding of the frontend architecture, UI orchestration and the various ways of connecting frontend and backend systems
- Experienced in organizing and building consistent UI modules, working closely with the UX, frontend and backend engineers
- A quality-driven mindset, ability to deliver highly available, highly reliable, scalable products
- Experience with test automation, continuous integration / delivery and with core build, package and deployment tools like NPM, Git, Jenkins etc.
- Experience with SEO optimization and its implications with regard to latest frontend technologies
- Mentoring and coaching experience, and an attitude of enabling teams, advising best practices and highlighting risks
