Task description
Architect - Expert
MirrorServer/2 extension for better maintainability
Design and prototyping of complex Puppet infrastructure with many locations (10,000+), Cascaded infrastructure,Use of Puppet-Server & Agent as well as Puppet-Apply and activemq
The architect works in solution design for complex customer inquiries and acquisitions.
Internal as well as customer agreement regarding the solution design
Effort calculation for complex solutions
Design of complex system architectures
Architecture design of the IT landscape of the OS and further development of the technology roadmap and responsibility for their implementation
Preparation of implementation and operational concepts for the infrastructure components used
Technical support of service delivery management for existing customers
Checking the integration of customer architecture in the OS landscapes
Additional experience
- Solid experience in design and implementation of distributed system with Puppet, activemq.
- Language: German or/and English

Master's degree or diploma with adequate professional experience or comparable knowledge and skills
At least seven years of professional experience in IT projects and IT administration, including five in IT solution design/architecture
Safe knowledge of PM processes and methods
ITIL Foundation Certification
