Beschreibung

SKILL AND KNOWLEDGE
1. Minimum 12-15 years of experience in working with OEM or Tier 1 mobile service providers carrying out responsibilities in network operations.
2. Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in customer facing role.
3. Should have knowledge and skill to handle customer Technical/process related queries.
4. Should have an operations experience in implementation with multivendor RAN experience.
5. Multivendor experience would be an added advantage.
6. Hands on proficiency in the configuration/fault management for following mentioned network elements.
a. Huawei
b. Nokia
c. Ericsson
d. ZTE
e. In-depth understanding and troubleshooting on BSC, RNC, BTS, Nodeb, enodeB.
f. In-depth knowledge of 2G/3G/4G Call Flows.
7. Have good analytical and technical decision making skills
8. Exposure of process frameworks and experience in process documentation
9. Should have experience of user level knowledge of OSS / NMS tools, preferable to have experience on Netcool, Remedy
10. German speaking skills with B2 competency
11. English writing and speaking skills
12. Good understanding of ITIL process
13. Good understanding of change/Incident/ Problem management
14. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
15. Able to easily communicate complex concepts and instructions to non-technical end-users
16. Excellent Communication Skills.
17. BTech in ECE/Computer
