Beschreibung / Aufgaben

1.) Allgemeine Projektinformationen:
The purpose of this project is to implement in the applications eLoanCoordinator, eOrigination,
eRoadshow and ebookbuilding the functionality required to present the whole Corporate Finance
pipeline in an unified way to senior management.
This should include products from DCM Bonds, DCM Loans, ECM, M&A, Leveraged Finance and
Financial Engineering.
The main challenge is to define a unified detail level of the transactions across all asset classes and
also a unified view of the customers. This will allow not only a forward looking planning but also a
backward looking holistic overview of what have has been done with a given customer.

2.) Individuelle Leistungsbeschreibung:
Software Engineer on eCommerce workflow apps (Windows/.NET/C#)
- Development of .NET web applications and interfaces for Corporate Finance
- Re-engineering/Refactoring of software systems
- Design or selection of systems architecture for complex applications (including approval with
central architecture section)
- Defining standards and methods (tools, coding standards, build process, configuration
management)

- Prüfung der technischen Anforderungen an die Entwicklung von webbasierten Applikationen
im Corporate Finance Umfeld sowie die Umsetzung der erforderlichen Entwicklungsschritte
- Fachliche Beratung im Bereich der proprietären Softwareentwicklung im Corporate Finance
Umfeld
- Fachliche Beratung bei der Programmierung von C#, ASP.NET, JavaSript, Entity Framework,
MSSQL, TSQL Programmierung und Datenbankdesign und Umsetzung der jeweiligen
Programmierschritte
- Analyse neuer Anforderungen der Fachbereiche sowie deren Ausarbeitung und
Realisierungsmöglichkeiten

- Festangestellte Mitarbeiter oder die Bereitschaft zur Festanstellung

Skills / Profil
Sehr gute Erfahrung .NET
Fokus: C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, Entity Framework
Sehr gute Erfahrung MSSQL
Fokus: TSQL Programmierung, Datenbankdesign
Erfahrung mit der Infrastruktur
Bankenwesen / Corporate Finance / Investment Banking
Englisch (fließend in Wort und Schrift)
Erfahrung Ecommerce: eOrigination, eLoanCoordinator, eRoadshow and ebookbuilding
