Excellent written, verbal skills and interpersonal skills
Technical writer with high-level knowledge of infrastructure, eg UNIX, Wintel, Oracle, Storage/Backup
Assist in documenting Policies, Processes and Procedures
Ability to prioritize tasks and align to proper time management
Highly proficient in Word and Excel
Detail oriented and ability to track deliverables with stakeholders as per project plan
Maintain list of open actions and track issues and risks
Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
