JOB DESCRIPTION – Order to Cash
General Responsibility:
Interacts with customer and understands as-is process in greater detail. Key Requirements / Preferences:
1. German Language Proficiency is a must (Written & Spoken)
2. Exposure to Order To Cash Process (Order Management or Billing or Cash Application or Collections) is mandatory
3. Good oral and written communication is a must
4. Onsite DD/KT experience will be an added advantage
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
1. Understand and map as-is and to-be processes and document them
2. Understand customer requirements and drives self / team to meet customer requirements
3. Learn, train and perform/lead the processes or activities from customer
4. Understand metrics and various measurement mechanisms
5. Monitor process and team’s performance and ensures that the service levels are met
6. Be quality centric and achieve highest level of accuracy in the deliverables
7. Interact with customer frequently to address any challenges
8. Comprehend email queries and respond
9. Handle escalations, critical queries and prioritize deliverables
Skills and Attributes:
1. Good working experience in MS Office Suite
2. Strong knowledge and exposure in Finance and Accounting domain
3. Ability prioritize and to multi-task in a fast paced environment
4. Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet, professional manner
5. Eye for detail, accuracy is imperative
6. Able to meet deadlines
7. Good oral and written communication skills – Germany & English
8. Good organizational and analytical skills
9. Ability to prioritize the work based on need on importance
10. Working knowledge in Excel and Power Point
11. Ability to read, comprehend and respond to emails
12. Drive and execute quality services to customers
13. Ensure deliverables are met
Minimum Educational Requirements:
Graduate with Commerce and Accounts as one of their curriculum.
