A globally renowned consulting firm outside of the Big 4 are looking for experienced Cyber Incident Response Analysts to join their team.The Incident Response team is growing rapidly, and they are seeking the next best experienced Incident Response analysts in Munich who not only have a real flair for information security but can provide amazing incident response to their clients.
Tasks:
- Working Remotely on and off premises assisting in first Responder activities relating to Cyber Security Incidents
- Collect and investigate alerts, firewall logs, host system logs, network traffic logs and intrusion detection system alerts.
- Perform Black Box Malware Analysis
- Develop new IR tools and techniques by researching and basing it on open source principles
- Perform further incident response, investigations and containment activities across cloud based and on premises Linux/Unix, Windows and Mac estates.
- Providing clients with cyber situational awareness by advising clients of current and future threats
- Perform client incident response capability maturity assessments
- Develop clients' own incident response capabilities through advisory and consultative projects.
- Deliver written and oral client communications in the form of presentations and reports.
- Experience in incident handling, threat hunting, threat intelligence.
Qualifications:
- BSc in Computer Science / Information Security
- Must have experience in either Python, C, C++, PHP or Java
- Must have some knowledge on the various Information Security and Intelligence frameworks ie, Knowledge of MITRE AT&CK and Cyber Kill Chain
- Must have one or more of the following: CCIM, GCIH, CRIA, CCNIA, CCHIA, CCMRE OR GCFA.
