For one of our German Pharma clients we are seeking freelance support as:Purchasing Expert (M/F/D)
Tasks:
• Build up and develop a Strategic Procurement Framework
• Develop your category plans and make sure that they remain current
• Collaborate with regions and affiliates to implement your strategy regionally
• Support the deployment of global projects as identified and agreed in category plan
• Manage the relationships towards vendors and internal customers ensuring contracts are established and negotiated
• Contribute to Procurement success with savings, customer satisfaction, risk mitigation or fulfilling defined KPI´s
• Work towards compliance of Suppliers to latest regulatory requirements
• Liaise with cross functional & international teams for execution of multiple projects
Qualification:
• Bachelor or Master degree, Consulting background appreciated
• Strong expertise and working history in diverse sourcing categories
• Strong negotiation skills combined with contract & legal knowledge
• Good communicator and influencer, Strategic thinking
• Thorough understanding of MS Office, SAP MM, eSourcing
• Excellent practice in analyzing data
• Must Have: Business fluency in English
• Nice to have: German
