Beschreibung

Ladies and Gentlemen,

for our customer project we are looking for external support.

Aufgaben:
You are responsible for hosting and moderating the Salesforce Community of Practice of the Digital Attacker. You are guiding delivery teams and the product owners in the efficient and best practice use of standard functionality. You are supporting the design of necessary custom developments. You define and implement measures to track the adherence to architecture standards and coding best practices.
Tasks
• You head and moderate the Salesforce CoP
• Apply governance and enforcing of tool standards use and best practices (e.g. configuration over customization)
• Drive reuse of assets within and across development teams, business units & regions
• You execute business portfolio scans with solution architects to align on technical design corner stones
• You ensure that the solution architecture is compliant with relevant principles, policies and standards
• You define and implement measures to track the adherence to architecture standards and coding best practices
• You contribute to technical solution design of custom developments
• You infuse product innovations into solution design and developer communities
• You communicate findings from code quality reviews to the delivery community
• You communicate technical debt findings to the delivery community

Anforderungen:
Proven experience as CoP lead for Salesforce Sales, Service and Marketing
• Expert knowledge of Salesforce architecture, methodologies, frameworks, best practices and emerging technology trends
• Experience in working in large agile delivery organization
• Experience and passion for inspiring diverse professional teams
• Knowledge of utility industry advantageous
• Strong team player with excellent communications skills
• You enjoy international collaboration and across cultural borders
• Willing to undertake international business travel
• Fluent in English, German is advantageous
