Projektbeschreibung:
You are responsible for hosting and moderating the Data Community of Practice of the Digital Attacker. You are guiding delivery teams and the product owners to work into a concise data model across an extensive technology stack. You govern the extension and use of the data models in SaaS solutions like Salesforce and Powercloud. You are familiar with data governance and data quality assurance and will take responsibility to blueprint the implementation of respective measures and organizational processes. You define and implement measures to track the adherence to architecture standards and data modeling best practices.

Tasks
- You head and moderate the Data CoP
- Apply governance and enforcing of data standards and best practices
- Drive reuse of assets within and across development teams, business units & regions
- You are moderating the definition of conceptual, logical and physical data models
- You are responsible for the design of data governance, master data management and data quality assurance processes
- You define KPIs for to track and to measure the quality of the overarching data model and its use in production environments
- You are supporting the use of our meta data management tool
- You are supporting the delivery organization in the design of application specific data models
- You communicate findings from code quality reviews to the delivery community
- You communicate technical debt findings to the delivery community

Skills
- Proven experience as CoP lead for Data
- Significant data architecture experience: data modelling (conceptual, logical, physical), definition of data standards, management, consolidation and harmonization of meta data
- Experienced in translating business requirements into data models
- Experienced in the definition and implementation of data governance processes
- Experienced in the use of meta data management tools
- Experienced in design and analysis of system interfaces
- Very good understanding of data quality assurance processes
- Experience in utilities industry and data architecture of the systems like SFDC Sales/Service, Powercloud highly beneficial
- Experience in system migration projects highly beneficial
- Profound understanding of SW architectures and solution integration based on SaaS
- Confident in agile project work in large, international teams
- Very good communication skills and stakeholder management
- Experience with multi-national companies
- Willing to undertake international business travel
- Fluent in English, German is advantageous
