Job Type: Indefinite Employment Contract

Your tasks are:
• 2nd level support, troubleshooting and troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Analyze and resolve printer problems
• Analysis and elimination of occurring problems in standard and company-specific software and hardware
• Training users in the introduction of new software
• Compliance with the specified high solution rate (SLA)
• Processing Support Requests via Ticket System (CA)
• Support and advice for MS Office 2016 (O365) including Outlook

They bring with them:
• In-depth knowledge of PC software and hardware
• Windows operating systems WIN7 / WIN10
• Network and Office applications (MS Office , MS Project, Lync / Skype for Business)
