Xcede is looking for a freelancer who is able to analyse and improve a digital feedback system. We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst with special skills in data visualization and strategy to join a small but growing company in Berlin.Your job:
• Perform in-depth analysis like cohort analysis, forecasting, logistics
operational performance analysis;
• Work with Product Owners to define and carry out deep-dive analysis of
business activities to support the decision-making process.
• Help with the numerical opportunity assessment of potential business cases;
• Work closely with our cross-functional product teams to develop analyses on
customer behavior and product usage, which drive growth and inform product
improvements.
• Additionally, working with the product teams on improving front facing data visualization in the product
• Build solutions to surface critical data and performance metrics: Design, build,
maintain and iterate a suite of visual dashboards to track key metrics and
enable self-service data discovery
• Work closely with our customer and marketing teams to develop dashboards
and buyer journey analyses that drive improvements in acquisition,
retention, and referral initiatives.
• Maintain and improve existing data infrastructure, and manage the integration
of additional data sources.
Your profile:
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and stakeholder management skills
• Advanced experience working with Data Analytics / Business Analytics
• Hands-on mentality with structured and solution-oriented critical thinking so
you can ensure that right things are tracked in the right way
• Experience in defining and calculating KPIs and working in an agile
environment
• Preferably an academic quantitative degree (MSc) in Econometrics/Economy,
Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science or another related field with a strong
emphasis on quantitative analysis
• Understanding and experience on AWS or GCP data offerings
• Advanced SQL knowledge and experience with BI reporting tools (e.g.
Tableau, QlikView, Looker) and modern databases
• Experience with statistical/mathematical programming languages (e.g. Python,
R) is a plus
