Your Tasks
- Business Owner for all vehicle/data related defects and daily business problems (RV, JATO, option rules, B&F, status, availability)
- Control of all related processes (JATO, B&F, RV upload and links, vehicle status, interfaces, etc.)
- Vehicle status and validity control (new, prep, active, stock, old, etc.)
- On demand activation of old vehicles in special cases, correction of errors in status
- Missing data (maintenance groups, consumption values, codes, etc.)
- Setup and maintenance of Dealer Groups, sales person roles, internal user groups & roles
- Vehicle data & RV (residual value) data setup, processing and maintenance
- Initial Finance product setup
- Product maintenance
- Quarterly changes, model year changes, etc.
- Document management
- Workflow, Versioning, Archiving, Storage
- Quality assurance & control
- Close communication with relevant suppliers
- Control and improvement of non-optimal processes
- Close cooperation with and support of all relevant business teams
- Implementation of new solutions (like WLTP interface, new RV linkage etc.)
Your Skills
- 4+ years of relevant experience in IT/Product Management or consumer finance product management and finance campaigns or on OEM sales program development.
- Strong automotive and banking background.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive market (OEMs, dealers, dealer network) preferably in Germany
- Knowledge of an OEM sales organization and sales procedures is a plus
- Project management experience
- Excellent analytical skills and mindset/technical understanding and IT experience
- Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies and create Vision
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Individual must be a proactive and creative person, possessing excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
- Extremely good organizational skills with the ability to work independently without major supervision and initiate proactively
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressured environment is crucial
- Customer focus and service driven
- High decision quality
- Drive for results, integrity and trust, negotiating and peer relationships as well as contribution to team spirit and performance
- Fluent in English and German
