TEST MANAGER – INITIAL 6-8 MONTHS CONTRACT - BERLINOur client are well respected consultancy who are partnered with an established e-commerce brand here in Berlin.
They are looking for an experienced Test Manager to join them ASAP on an initial 6-8 months contract to lead and mentor the test team.
What you would do:
• Reporting of the current project status
• Focusing on data consistency, data quality and supporting regarding the needs of the project
• Maintenance of test environments
• Releasing own activities as well as ensuring the test packs
• Implementation of a test strategy
• Building a test plan
• Supporting and recruiting new team members for the tester roles
• Guiding the team of testers
• Assisting the Scrum delivery teams
• Executing duties with respect to the test leading including the status updates and stakeholder meetings
What you should bring to the table:
• Excellent handling of the MS Office package
• Experience in the fields of an ERP (e.g. MS Dynamics NAV)
• Very good communication skills in German and English, in particular stakeholder management skills
• Excellent knowledge of testing software
• Expertise in Jira and Zephyr
• Very good knowledge of test automation scripting skills (e.g. Protractor or Selenium)
• Prioritising the duties of juniors as well as your own responsibilities
• UI testing and penetration testing
• Compliance of the IT guidelines
