We are looking for a technical support analyst (m/f) for one of our customers in Düsseldorf.
The main task is to provide technical support for ensuring the operations of the application environments. This includes monitoring and maintaining applications running in customer's environments and monitoring and supporting the processing of customer data on these platforms within the customer's service level agreements. This is a technical position that interfaces extensively with Customer Care, IT Operations, Technical Account Management, and Product Development and directly with the customer's technical staff to facilitate issue resolution.
Additionally, this position interacts with personnel across Europe and America. The Technical Support Analyst is also responsible for development and management of detailed technical documentation (in English) describing process flows, application architecture and system design. Therefore very good English skills are required.
Key Accountabilities:
- Application Administration: Technical support for application installation , maintenance, monitoring, release deployments, and performance management.
