You could be joining a market leading Security and Encryption software house based in Central Munich. As a Software Engineer you will focus on development and maintenance of Linux based operating systems and Linux distributions (Ubuntu, Debian) with a focus on security. You'll work on a range of interesting projects for a diverse client portfolio (financial institutions to government defence organisations); taking apart their operating systems and reconstructing them with security at the centre.
Requirements:
* Strong C++ development experience including Boost STL
* Strong bash scripting - confident on the command line, know your way around files and devices
* Strong Linux including experience with Linux Daemons
* Familiar with Linux Distributions such as Ubuntu and Debian
* Team player with excellent communication skills, sense of humour!
* Desirable: basic cryptology (encryption, signing, hashes, keys, certificates), Python, kernel / driver development
