Aufgabe:This role is to build control and structure around the Voice application packaging process in tbe Bank
Managing, testing & approving Software for use in Bank's Voice Network and Bank's desktops in accordance with Bank's specifications and the Bank's Policies
Releasing of Software into Bank's Voice Network and to Bank's desktops (fat and thin clients)
UAT planning and perform UAT
End User coordination to carry out the system integration testing
Remedy any defects with the Application package identified through UAT.
Document test results (including any potential issues)
Documenting process and controls
Ensuring all necessary exceptions are approved before handing over Software to packaging and testing.
Working with MSP partners on joint engagement
After successful completion of UAT of voice desktop Applications, release the Application package into the master Application repository and update the Configuration Management Database
Retiring of legacy versions of Software from DB Voice Network
Assist Service Delivery in migrating their End Users to new versions of supported Software, including by providing lists of relevant End Users, instructions on how to request mass Software distributions, list of other Software that have dependencies on the new Software
Anforderung:
ITIL Certified
Excellent knowledge of application packaging processes
Strong Project Management skills
Excellent communication skill
