Duration: 14 months
Location: Ruhr-Area
Workload: 100 %, 5 days a week, partly remote after onboarding
Language: English and German

Tasks:

• Responsibility for handling, tracking, cleaning and comparing existing data lists and occurring action items


• Monitor and manage the different data sources of different workstreams within current M&As


• Handle and moderate the software landscaping process


• Enable project status reports and tracking of action items within several workstreams


• Care about official clearing of meetings and data through the responsible committee

Requirements:

• Eextensive experience in licence management and comparable projects


• Advanced knowledge of Software Asset Management and Quality Assurance measures


• Brought understanding of change processes and M&As related topics like contract consolidation


• Prior experience with Excel, Access and databases in general


• Nice-to-have: experience with Microsoft PowerBI


• Proficient English written and spoken as well as advanced German
