For one of our German Medtech clients we are seeking freelance support as:Senior HR Payroll Expert (M/F/D)
Tasks:
• Analyzes, prepares and inputs payroll data for German employees.
• Ensures compliance with all applicable legislations, including necessary reporting.
• Sending all information to the social insurance, tax authorities etc.
• Creating reports and all necessary documents i.a. certifications.
• Performing journal entries, account reconciliations, and general ledger support
• Maintaining current knowledge of relevant legislation.
• Staying current on payroll systems to achieve alignment with HR benefits
• Facilitating management and employee understanding of payroll procedures
• Ensuring complete information in the payroll systems, time recording, including vacation accrual
• Maintenance of records for German pension schemes
Qualification:
• Master's degree in human resource management
• Communication Proficiency and Technical Capacity
• Financial Management and Ethical Practice
• Data accuracy and attention to details
• Excellent Microsoft Office package knowledge
• Nice to have: SAGE payroll software knowledge
• Must have: Business Fluent in English
• Ideally: Businss Fluent in German
Requirements:
• Start: ideally Octobre 14th, latest Novembre 4th
• Duration: 6 Months
• Capacity: ideally 40h, 5 days onsite, or 4+1, minimum 32h, then 4 days onsite
