Business Analyst Telecommunication (m/w)
Analyze business processes and demand in order to transform concepts into technical requirements.
Work with the product manager or project sponsor to document the product’s vision and the project’s scope.
Decompose high-level business and user requirements into functional requirements and quality, specified in an appropriate level of detail suitable for use by those must base their work on the requirements.
Manage requirements traceability information and track requirements status throughout the project.
Review the designs and see to it that they match the customer’s requirements.
Define a team demand and requirements management tool and process that is flexible for all members to use and can re-use existing tools such as SharePoint.
Communicate information effectively to customers, marketing, managers, and technical staff.
Architect and Design Support.
Very good experience as Business Analyst
Very good knowledge and experience of the telecommunication sector
ITIL Experience mandatory especially in release/ change management in the area of eg. Sales, Marketing, Operational and Customer Support regarding of the Documentation (ITIL Certification nice to have)
Good Interviewing and communication skills: talking with individuals and groups about their needs.
Writing skills, to communicate information effectively to customers, marketing, managers, and technical staff
Organizational skills, to work with the vast array of information gathered during elicitation and analysis and to cope with rapidly changing information
Interpersonal skills: helping negotiate priorities and to resolve conflicts among project stakeholders (such as customers, product management, and engineering).
Fluent English language skills
Start date: at short notice Location: Berkshire UK Duration: three months with extension option
