Task:
- Manage project from initiation to final rollout working closely with the business and implementing teams based on a profound experience in the software development lifecycle
- Manage project stakeholder relationship and expectations from management positions to end users and subcontractors, ensure regular reporting
- Coordinate a heterogeneous set of implementing teams from different sub-contractors, experts on different technologies, and Global Fund participation in business analysis, solution architecture, test management, infrastructure, operations and support
- Handle work breakdown structure, estimate resources and project costing, perform detailed time planning, follow up on work progress, manage budget, control risk, produce reporting to management
- Make sound decisions under stress and resolve conflict, exercising leadership and team building capabilities
- Has negotiation skills, coordinate work and build relationships with external implementation partners

Requirements (Must have):
- 8 years of experience in IT project management leading projects above 1000 person-days with budget responsibility, from initiation to post go-live stabilization with close relationship to business stakeholders
- Solid experience of time planning, resource estimation, progress follow-up, risk management and reporting/ communication as project manager for custom software development and implementation of packaged solutions
- Sub-contractor management including on-site, off-site activities
- Experience with Web based application within cross-geography
- Experience with one or more industry standard software engineering methodologies like the Rational Unified Process and agile software development
- Experience of establishing operations and support procedures, organizing deployment and roll-out
- Technical understanding of a variety of technologies; Java, BPM, SOA, Oracle BI, document automation
- Experience in dynamic and fast-changing environment with senior stakeholders, diverse cultures and multiple agendas in large multinational organizations

Technical skills and competencies:
- Accreditation in, or demonstrable understanding of, a recognized project management methodology such as PMI
- Ability to work independently with medium degree of autonomy, ability to shape and lead projects and initiatives
- Ability to deal with complex situations with multiple stakeholders and on technical levels
- Ability to resolve critical project issues by working effectively with implementation, deployment and support teams
- Ability to communicate effectively, lead meetings and build consensus
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills
- Manage peak periods with high workloads
- Fluent English orally as well as in writing

Languages:
- Must have excellent English written and verbal skills
