Position
Salesforce Architect (m/w/d)
Beschreibung
Für einen unserer Kunden suchen wir Unterstützung für folgende Aufgaben:
• Salesforce development according to projects requirements and use of best practices;
• Create functional and technical specification documents, solution design documents, UML diagrams, ERD diagrams;
• Conduct workshops to present solutions and identify gaps;
• Business requirements understanding and the capability to evaluate code versus configuration to implement the business requirement;
• Interface Integration design;
• Coordinate development systems specific to major computer applications, including staff coordination and tracking project requirements (information/data necessary, programming, analysis).
• Develop, plan, analyze, estimate and establish priorities for the components to be made, as well as phases and deadlines for implementation of projects.
• Develop custom software or modules of technical functionality according to the client specifications;
• Perform analysis of business requirements, solution design, development, testing and support activities throughout the implementation project;
• Development and creation of project design and testing environments in line with users requirements;
• Activities that include adapting and harmonizing software and operating systems, existing or projected applications, in order to reach the service level agreements set with clients;
• Assembly of software programs in coherent and integrated systems with the purpose of testing and validating clients’ specifications;
• Creating specific documentation for changes and improvements in the software, including internal and external documentation that contain functional and technical solutions related to the software issues
Nice to have: Eclipse IDE; Git, Apache Ant, Maven, Subversion;
Anforderungen
• The level of studies: bachelor degree; other relevant certifications / master degree;
• Experience: 5-7+ years previous experience in relevant activities;
• Knowledge: very good understanding of the functionalities included in the software product porfolio and implementations in the client environment; strong understanding of processes; strong understanding of business enviroment, etc.; good understanding on our software portfolio integration in clients environment; good knowledge of data bases; good MS Office utilization level;
• Experience in Salesforce (SFDC) CRM with end to end implementation experience;
• Ability to define the system landscape, to identify gaps between current and desired end-states, and deliver a CRM solution
• Previous experience in object-oriented programming (Java and/or .NET);
• Experience in web development technologies and tools (JavaScript, HTML5, DOM, XML, JSON);
• Experience in web service development and consumption (REST, SOAP, HTTPS)
• Know-how about data integration technologies (ETL, ESB) and data management technologies (MDM, Data Security, SQL);
• Soft skills: results oriented, problem solving skills, communication (verbal and written), adaptability, attention to details and data accuracy, proactive attitude, ability to work in a team enviroment and also independently, analitical skills (ability to collect, organize, analyze and share information), creating reports and helding presentaions.
