Main tasks:
- Consultation within automotive microcontroller product development
- Provide guidance for integration of a LP-DDR4 interface into exisiting architecture
- Give advice on chip and package design as well as LP-DDR4 related system design and validation
- Work together with system architects, CPU and graphics teams to get best performance of LP-DDR4 interface
Main qualifications
- Work experience within IC product development, experience with automotive microcontroller preferred
- Profound knowledge and project experience in LP-DDR standard memory controllers
- Know-how within integration of LP-DDR into SoC, package and system
- Profound English language skills
