Software & Cloud Architect

Duration: 6 months (with a strong possibility to extend)
Location: Munich (1-2 days working remotely is an option)
Start: 1st of October

I am working with an international company that is seeking an experienced Software / Cloud Architect for a crucial project.

What you'll be doing:

• Working in an Agile environment with Product Managers and QA Engineers to continually improve web applications by identifying opportunities for improvement, making recommendations and implementing optimisations
• Developing .NET Core Microservices as a part of our platform-wide Microservice refactoring
• We’re moving to AWS, so you’ll be playing an integral part of this major architectural initiative
• Experience with Databricks, Data Lake Analytics or Data Factory to extract insights from data.
• Leading projects and exert technical influence, increasing team productivity and effectiveness by sharing your deep knowledge and experience
• Actively mentoring individuals and promoting best software engineering practices across design, build, and test
• Owning key architectural decisions and design considerations
