Für einen Kunden im Raum München suchen wir aktuellnoch tatkräftige Unterstützung :
Aufgaben :
· Administration and operation of call manager/call manager express/Cisco unity
· System and Process Documentation
· Leads and/or participates in project deployments, management of new site.
· In depth knowledge of security technology (firewall, VPN technology, wireless),
· Design, administration and operation of Wan technology (mpls, multi-site, load-balancing,
point2point VPN), bandwidth management and optimisation (riverbed, packetshaper,
ipanema)
· Security management, IOS update of our LAN equipment
· Independent Troubleshooting and finding solutions for IT-Issues of 3rd level support
· Working on/Performing IT Projects
· Leverages relationships within external/internal enterprise customers
· good Knowledge of Network structures and protocols based on cisco
· Expertise in administering and troubleshooting on Ethernet networks with cisco LAN
equipment and voice IP Phone.
· Familiarity with various methods of High Availability, Security, Network intrusion
nötige Kenntnisse / Skills :
· Must keep current with new technologies
· Must be a good listener, creative, intuitive, and have the ability to resolve problems in
potentially stressful situations.
· Must be a confident and assertive professional, acting as an independent and adaptive
team player.
· Must be Multi-tasking to manage workload
· Must be an articulate, persuasive and polished oral and written communicator, able to
effectively discuss and negotiate around technical issues.
· Willingness to travel
· Must be a flexible self-starter who can ramp up with new technologies quickly and can
adapt to a growing and rapidly evolving team
· University degree in IT or comparable professional education in IT
· Must be fluent in English/German written and spoken.
· Project Management knowledge
Optionale Skills / nice to have :
· Minimum 2-4 years of Experience as Network administrator of middle/big IT Infrastructures
· Certification as CCNA/CCNP/CCVP or comparable desired
· Knowledge of French Language
