Aufgaben:
– Creation of tax forms under the regulation of the double taxation treatment and on behalf of our clients
– Retrieval of supporting documentation requested by the relevant tax authorities out of the backoffice systems
– Perform reconciliation of tax and client data to ensure correctness of reclaims to be sent
– Send, monitor and report on tax forms issued for our clients

– Works carefully and precisely in accordance with applicable processes
– Delivers tasks/projects on time, with qualitative results. Is able to redefine activities according to priorities
– Adjusts to and continues to behave effectively in challenging environments
Identifies links or patterns between elements/situations/information
– Knowledge in MS Office, preferably MS Excel
– Nice to have: Knowledge of custodian operational services, processes and procedures
– fluent German and English
