Our client is currently looking for a Executive Support Specialist (m/w/d) Tradefloor
in Frankfurt am Main.
- Provide High touch/proximity support to the trader and executive user population for all end user technology components (desktop, voice, collaboration tools, ?)
- Local incident management and coordination with both local and central infrastructure and application teams
- Manage user escalations
- Event management
- Product deployments in coordination with product and project teams globally
Experience and Qualifications:
- The candidate must have a significant experience providing IT and/or infrastructure proximity support in a trading environment
- A strong technical understanding is vital
- Strong client management and collaboration skills
- Fluent English is a must
- Windows 7 / Windows 10
- Microsoft Office
- VDI (VMWare)
- Skype for Business (and mobile)
- ServiceNow
- Market Data (Bloomberg, Reuters)
- Trader Voice (preferably BT ITS)
- Speakerbus
- IPTV (preferably Tripleplay)
- LAN/MAN/WAN network troubleshooting (preferably Cisco)
