ServiceNow Process Architect
ServiceNow Process Architect is required for a long-term contract position with a major blue chip client in Hamburg, Germany
The ServiceNow Process Architect must have the following skills and experience.
Experience:
- 6+ years experience in delivery of an ITSM/ITIL Process solutions (any leading ITSM products)
- 2 - 3 years experience in delivery of ITSM Process solution in ServiceNow
- Experienced in ITIL Process Definition, Integration Solutions, Architecture level configurations
- Experienced in leading at least 2 major Implementation projects in ITSM Process area and one complete Implementation life cycle for ServiceNow
Skills:
- Strong abilities to work with customers and managing their expectations
- Strong abilities to manage conflicts that may arise with customers and/or TCS internal stakeholders
- Excellent communication in orchestrating customer requirements/needs, solutions, customer responsibilities, risks, challenges and impacts
- Excellent ITIL process knowledge and ability to evaluate and bring out the correlations and impacts with respect to customer requirements and ITIL/industry standards
Certifications:
- ITIL V3 Master/Foundation certification
- ServiceNow Systems Administrator certification
- TOGAF or any equivalent Architecture Framework certification (Preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing clients' overall process architecture (including strategy and organisational layers) and alignment of process deliverables to that architecture
- Responsible for the alignment of the process architecture to the other layers of the Enterprise Architecture (ie to the Applications Architecture)
- Responsible for the delivery, facilitation and management of process training, methods and architecture across the business
- Delivers advice and consultancy to the business in relation to business process management and transformation of business processes
- Responsible for the development and evolution of process architecture policies and procedures
- Responsible for the development, evolution and business awareness of process modelling standards, guidelines and conventions
- Defines and manages the methodology
- Liaises with process owners and project managers, if applicable, regarding process methodology and process alignment applicable to their processes or projects
- Perform quality assurance on the process related deliverables as required
- Lead the assessment of potential change impacts to business processes due to new business projects.
