Ihre Aufgaben:
- You will start with an assessment of Organizational Impact activities required to mobilize Change Management Work for a global SAP implementation .This includes: assessment of role mapping tools, approach to integrate Change Management work with Blueprint workshops and full ownership of Org Impact assessment that will provide client a site- and process level view of the change.
- You will have direct oversight of 4-5 process Change expersts who will inform the details of the change impact assessment.
- You will eventually manage the role mapping and execution of org. impact actions through deployment to 5 EU countries.
Ihre Qualifikation
- Proven track record of Change management activities
- Ability to lead a team
- Understanding of a major ERP (ideally SAP) implementation and Change management impacts
- Fluent English, French or German a plus
