For our client we are searching for an IT Communication Expert (f/m) via AÜG.Tasks:
- support the project team and Change Management Expert
- involved in more general communication and change management activities around the project
- Drafting and maintaining the projects communication plan
- Elaborating the best methods for disseminating and distributing the communications
- Establishing and leading a community of European Systemic Risk Board (ESRB) change agents
- Working with ESRB organisations/institutions to secure change agent nominations
- Establishing the change agent network, setting up regular interactions/check points and monitoring the progress of change agent activities
- Providing input into the design of project training and post go-live support activities
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, self-motivation, commitment and the ability to work in an international team and across hierarchical levels
- comprehensive understanding of methodologies used in IT services and projects
- Very good command of English with proven drafting ability. A working knowledge of at least one other official Community language is desirable.
- Proven experience in communication/change management relating to the implementation of an EDRMS supporting sensitive processes
